Description
Design Concept
When natural marble meets metalwork, a unique artistic spark is created. By extracting the marble’s natural texture (each piece is unique, its grain as random as the earth’s veins), paired with a bronze metal lampshade and stand, the lamp blends the warmth of nature with the toughness of metal. Suitable for spaces ranging from modern minimalist to wabi-sabi, and light luxury retro, it imbues living room backdrops, bedroom bedside tables, and study corners with an artistic touch, becoming a visual anchor within the space.
Material and Craftsmanship
Marble Base: Selected natural Turkish marble undergoes multiple cutting, grinding, and polishing processes to preserve the stone’s natural texture and translucency (light filtering through the marble creates dappled shadows, resembling moonlight on a wall). Highly hard and abrasion-resistant, it withstands long-term use without fading or cracking. Each piece is truly “naturally tailored.”
Metal Lampshade/Stand: High-quality brass alloy, die-cast at high temperatures and hand-aged, creates a vintage bronze finish with a fine, layered texture. Anti-oxidation coating resists rust and discoloration. The ergonomically designed metal stand provides stable support while creating a dynamic silhouette.
Functions and Scenes
Light and Shadow Magic: As auxiliary lighting, the translucent marble creates a hazy atmosphere (e.g., at the bedroom bedside, where warm light filtering through the marble gently envelops the sleeping space). The metal lampshade focuses light for focused illumination (e.g., in a study reading nook, illuminating a book without shadows). Paired with an E26 screw-in bulb (sold separately, warm LED bulb recommended for a more inviting feel), the lamp can be switched between bright and dark, reshaping the space’s mood.
Flexible Installation: Wall-mounted, it can be installed directly on solid or brick-concrete walls (marble is heavier, and drywall walls require professional reinforcement). A single lamp is suitable for spaces of 3-6 square meters, while multiple lamps, such as symmetrically installed on a living room background wall, can create an artistic matrix.
Maintenance Tips
Daily Cleaning: Gently wipe the marble with a slightly damp soft cloth (following the grain, avoiding harsh rubbing that could damage the surface). Wipe the metal with a dry flannel cloth to remove fingerprints and dust. Clean monthly to maintain its natural luster.
Special Care: For stubborn marble stains, gently wipe with a diluted neutral stone cleaner, then wipe clean with clean water and dry thoroughly (to prevent chemical residue from corroding the stone). If the metal oxidizes, treat it with a special brass care product (once every six months; excessive care can damage the aged finish) to restore its vintage texture.
A lamp connects nature and art, allowing the warmth of marble and the toughness of metal to together tell the story of your space, bringing a “natural art gallery” home. Every time it is lit, it becomes an artistic experience.
